The Byron Family Medical Centre will be closed today due to the weather. If you have an appointment with us, our doctors will try to call you at home. Note that if they call, their number will not be visible since they are not calling from the centre (please answer). Measles activity has increased in several neighbouring communities. If you think you may have measles and need to see a health care provider, we ask that you call the clinic in advance. This will allow health care staff to take the necessary precautions to reduce the risk of infection and protect staff and other patients and visitors of the Byron Family Medical Centre. Please note that we are not a walkin clinic and are not accepting new patients at this time. We only see registered patients of our centre.
