Founded in the Region of Durham in partnership with the local Ontario Health Team, iCare Virtual was established to address the growing challenge of unattached patients lacking regular medical providers. Their mission focuses on advancing health equity and improving primary care access for all Ontarians through a shared grassroots vision. The clinic is powered by a multidisciplinary team with years of expertise that utilizes a unique hybrid model, combining an advanced digital platform with local in-person collaborations.
