The Kingston Family Health Team is a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to providing quality patient-centred primary care to the residents of Kingston and its surrounding areas. The clinic is uniquely comprised of a multidisciplinary team of health professionals who deliver services across a broad geographic range extending from Prescott to Trenton and north to Smiths Falls. Managed by a Board of Directors, the organization operates as a proud member of the Frontenac, Lennox and Addington Ontario Health Team.
