Quest Community Health Centre

Quest Community Health Centre is a non-profit organization in the Niagara Region inspired by Tommy Douglas’ vision to focus on keeping people well rather than just treating illness. Part of a network of Ontario health centres with over forty years of history, the clinic is committed to values of health equity, social justice, and community vitality. It is unique for its interdisciplinary shared care team model that addresses the social determinants of health to remove barriers for individuals facing social or economic challenges. This holistic approach ensures that physical, social, and emotional needs are addressed to improve overall community health outcomes.
