I created Restore Reflexology after many failed attempts to resolve sleep problems, and pain that exacerbated the sleep problems, for myself and the people in my life. This lack of sleep was part of a vicious cycle that included no energy during the day and compounding health issues. Each visit is customized to reflect your individual needs and comfort level. You will be invited to share your personal preferences on a checklist to create an atmosphere that allows you to relax and feel at home; lighting, temperature, music, conversation - it's all up to you!
