Sydenham Medical Clinic is a member of the Rural Kingston Family Health Organization and the broader Rural Frontenac, Lennox & Addington Health network. The clinic follows a team-based model of care designed to provide comprehensive and ongoing primary care to the local rural population. As part of the Frontenac, Lennox & Addington Ontario Health Team, the clinic’s mission is to contribute to a more connected, equitable, and efficient health-care system.
