Welcome to Westbram Affiliations / Health Care Partners Westbram Family Physicians is formally affiliated with McMaster University and Toronto Metropolitan University and functions as a teaching site for both. As part of our partnership with the Central Brampton Family Health Team , our patients can access a range of OHIP covered allied health and support services, including medication reviews and management, lung function testing, smoking cessation programs, mental health counselling, and help connecting with community and social services.
